Marilyn Manson’s former assistant is preparing for court after claiming she had been subjected to ‘horrific’ abuse from his hands as the singer tries a third bid to throw the case out, claiming she has passed the statute of limitations, because she ‘understood’ his behavior so wrongly when he did.
Ashley Walters, 37, is preparing for a court hearing scheduled for May after her alleged perpetrator launched a third attack on the case in an attempt to get it thrown out.
Walters claimed that Manson, 53, abused her sexually, physically and mentally during her employment, but the singer claims that the only thing that will save her is her ‘creative writing skills’.
The singer – born Brian Warner – also claimed that her case is in violation of the two-year limitation period, as the alleged abuse took place between 2010 and 2011.
Walters argued, however, that her case is within its time frame, as it falls within the rule of delayed discovery, which allows plaintiffs, in some cases, to begin their period after understanding their loss and damage.
Among other allegations, Walters claimed that Manson forced her to stand for 12 hours and take pictures of him and made her take cocaine to stay awake; whipped her and others and told them they could ‘take it’; and threw axes when he was angry. She also said she saw him throw a prop-skull at Woods so hard that it left a tumor, Rolling Stone reported.

[Warner] of any limitation period.
“Whatever the outcome, we will continue to work on exposing Mr. Warner to exactly who he is, a narcissistic predator and pathological offender,” said her attorney James Vagnini.
The singer claims that the case does not fall into this particular category because she ‘understood’ the abuse when it happened, citing that she had to hide from him during her employment.
“Complainants contradictory claim that throughout her employment she was aware of a need to hide from her employer, while at the same time claiming that she did not know that her employer was committing factual acts against her,” Manson claimed in new court documents. , seen by Rolling Stone.
She said she ‘discovered’ her abuse until she met Manson’s ex-boyfriends in October 2020, which include Westworld actress Evan Rachel Wood and Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco. The latter is also suing Manson. He recently sued Wood for defamation.
Walters said she ‘fully understood’ her abuse after going into therapy after the meeting, and she learned that Manson’s alleged behavior caused her to ‘almost instantly suppress’ memories.
She initially claimed the abuse started in 2010 at a photoshoot after he contacted her over MySpace and said he liked her photography.
The singer has reportedly strapped her to a bed, bit her in the ear and forced her hand down into his underwear. She said she moved away from him and left the recording with a sense of “confused and fearful”.[ful]. ‘
Afterwards, she claimed that the singer bombarded her with messages and offered her extra pay to stay. Throughout the next year, he allegedly threw plates at her, threatened suicide and pushed her into a wall during intoxicated rage, Rolling Stone reported.
Manson was recently spotted attending Kayne West’s Sunday service, a first since the women accused him of abuse
He reportedly also sent her a picture of Bianco’s back showing whiplash with the subject line: ‘See what’s going on?’
The former bestselling artist reportedly also took Walters to an awards show in 2010, where he allegedly pushed her on the lap of an actor and said he could ‘get her’, according to the trial.
“The actress continued to kiss Walters and hold her on her lap,” it read in the trial.
Manson also introduced Walters to a film director who sexually assaulted her.
“It just made me feel like a piece of meat,” Walters told The Cut.
