CNN anchor Anderson Cooper announced Monday that he had tested positive for COVID-19, but both of his sons tested negative.

The 54-year-old New Yorker – who boasts 14.1 million followers on social media – wrote his Instastory selfie: “Hope to get back to work soon.”

Cooper and the 49-year-old Frenchman – who reportedly owns four nightclubs in New York – ended their nine-year romance in 2018.

“Wyatt calls me” Daddy “and Benjamin” Papa, “the eight-time Emmy winner explained on CNN on February 10.

‘We are a family. Benjamin is also in the process of adopting Wyatt, whose last name will also be changed to Maisani-Cooper. ‘

Fortunately, Anderson can get plenty of quarantine advice from his best friend Andy Cohen, who was infected with coronavirus twice (in December 2021 and March 2020) despite being vaccinated.

Cooper appeared to be in good health while performing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last Wednesday, where he discussed parenting and his recent trip to Ukraine.

“What’s so sweet is that every day there’s a little bit more progress for Wyatt,” the Peabody-winning journalist said of his big brother assignments.

“So he comes and holds Sebastian’s hand while I feed him.”

Anderson laughed: ‘I’m starting to do this with Wyatt, where we both kind of make fun of Sebastian. Not in a bad way! When Sebastian cries, Wyatt will look at me and I will look at him and say, “Waaa! I’m a baby! I’m crying!” And he really likes it! So now he does too ‘.

As an April Fool’s joke, the 53-year-old Bravo director posed for little Wyatt and his three-year-old son Benjamin Allen on the set of his bubbly talk show, Watch What Happens Live.

“What I love about this picture is that it’s as accurate as the mini-me versions of Andy and I,” Cooper wondered.

‘If you look, Ben’s just smiles as if he’s the host like Andy – always happy and touching s ***. And every time I’m a guest on Andy’s show, I stare at him a little confused. “Why did I say yes to being here? What am I doing here?”

The 60 Minutes correspondent then made a joke that the thieves behaved as they do during New Year’s Eve specials: ‘And they got really drunk together.’
